About Us
Our firm was started in 1961-62 by the Late Mr. Dinkar Chande, B.E. (Civil), F.I.V. F.I.E., who was in practice way back since 1950. He was one of the most senior Architects/Engineers and Valuers of Mumbai. Late Mr. Uday Chande, joined the office immediately on his return from U.S.A in 1972 where he had spent over 3 years obtaining his Master’s degree and obtaining valuable work experience with an eminent firm.
The firm is now into the third generation with Mr. Gautam Chande and Mr. Preetam Chande joining the firm upon their return from U.S.A. as directors in 2002 and 2004 respectively. We Are Located At Khar, One Of The Prime Localities In Mumbai. We are constantly evaluating relevant concepts as they become available, because we believe that this awareness is essential in our goal of providing quality service to our clients.
